My aim is to support my clients in a supportive and open-minded way, drawing on a variety of therapeutic approaches. My psychotherapy includes: Psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Gestalt therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Family Systems Theory, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), Narrative Therapy and Mindfulness-based therapies. As an Integrative and Transpersonal Therapist, I offer a range of complementary modalities including Counselling and Hypnotherapy, Dream Therapy, Auricular Therapy (acupuncture without needles), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing, currently the top modality used worldwide for trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), Yoga Therapy, Meditation and Reiki. I work with individuals and couples on a short, or long-term basis, according to one's needs.
